What I’m Fighting For at The Towers
- Honest Budgeting: I voted NO on the 2027 budget and filed a formal Notice of Dissent because capital expenditure lines were left at “$0.00”. You deserve real numbers, not blank lines.
- Equal Access to Information: Management currently strips explanatory budget notes from the unit owner copy while keeping them for the Board. What the Board sees, unit owners must see.
- Complete Public Records: Executive leadership systematically leaves director motions and legal inquiries out of the official minutes. Transparency requires an accurate, unedited historical record of board proceedings.
